Acceptance
By creating an account or using Gostly, you agree to these terms. If you are using Gostly on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Gostly for your internal development and testing purposes in accordance with your subscription tier. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software.
Acceptable use
You may not use Gostly to intercept traffic you are not authorized to record, to violate any applicable law, or to interfere with the service or its infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
Gostly is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
